What is Somatic Pilates?
Somatic Pilates is a slow, mindful movement practice that blends Pilates principles with somatic awareness. The focus is on listening to your body, moving with intention, and building a deeper mind–body connection rather than pushing for intensity. This approach supports nervous system regulation, body awareness, and sustainable strength.
Class Experience
This is a beginner-friendly, slow and intentional flow suitable for all bodies. Movements are gentle, accessible, and guided with care. A fun, uplifting playlist will set the vibe—relaxing yet energizing, playful yet grounded.
45 minutes of Somatic Pilates
Slow, intentional movements focused on breath, alignment, and body awareness.15 minutes of guided journaling
Reflect, reset, and connect with yourself through prompts designed to support intention-setting and self-awareness.60 minutes of fun + community building
Stay after class to connect, laugh, and build friendships. This time is intentionally curated to encourage conversation, mutual support, and resource sharing—whether that’s wellness tools, creative ideas, or local gems.
